I have used many different editors, and the way visibility/hiding of elements are done is mind-blowing to me in a very negative way.
If I set visibility to "hide on desktop," the elements are still shown on desktop, but they are greyed out?
How are you supposed to get a feel for your design if you have a bunch of grayed-out elements throughout the page?
Is it not logical to hide elements completely that are hidden on that particular device?
If im editing for mobile, why are elements from dekstop there? What is the point?
TLDR: If i hide an element on a device, I expect the editor to not show that element on devices i hid it from; its just a bunch of clutter I don't want to see.
**example... the element in the img below is hidden on desktop, but the editor still shows it
