Can you please add this simpler format: Between Monday 17/11 and Thursday 20/11 ?
It is a lot easier to read and the year is not really necessary,

Hi Mathias, let me log it to the dev team to see if they can improve it. But I don't see the year on that element. Could you take a screenshot on your end for me?

Anna Nguyen: It is a suggestion to make one that doesn't show the Year since everyone are aware which year they are in anyway. 
To make it shorter and easier to read for the customer.
Receive it between Monday 17/11 and Thursday 20/11
Short and clean without commas.
