Add contact form to shopping cart

I'm almost finished fixing Shopify, but there's one problem.
I attached a contact form to the shopping cart, but when I fill out the contact form and click OK, the email does not work and just goes to the check out page. Can we solve this?

I have checked your page and I think we should move the contact form to another section to make it work. But may I know how you want after submitting the form? Will it stay on the Cart page or how? :)

Thanks for the reply. As you mentioned, we have moved the contact form to another section.
After submitting the form, the desired method is to receive the message “Your form has been submitted” and move to the home .
But what's even better is that the contact form pops up like the "ASK A QUESTION" app. In addition, the file attachment function and shopping cart contents (capture) are included or loaded in the inquiry form as standard.
Is it possible?

The Contact form can not show the preview information like that. You can also try the Cart attributes element https://prnt.sc/raJ06Bo-Rg5t but the information will be sent to the order in Shopify admin. If you want to show like that, please try to add the Product properties element https://prnt.sc/J2gP8zBVp4rC to your product template or find a third-party app.
